THE 2025 - $25K GIVEAWAY (THE "PROMOTION") SUBJECT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, OR CANADA, VOID IN PUERTO RICO, QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Promotion, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States of America, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec), and unless otherwise noted pursuant to a related promotion, at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (a "Participant"). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator and their respective affiliates, parent, and subsidiary companies, including members of their households or immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) are prohibited from entering the Promotion.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Promotion constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to (i) these official rules ("Official Rules); (ii) all eligibility requirements; and (iii) the decisions of the Administrator, which are binding and final on matters related to this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local and municipal laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. For purposes of this Promotion, a 'day' is defined as a 24-hour period,beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. Administrator's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Promotion and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

TIMING: The Promotion begins on January 1st, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotional Period"), and consists of one (1) entry period (an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter the Promotion during the Promotional Period:

On-Site Events - During the Promotional Period, Promotion entry will be available at various Sponsor-selected promotional events throughout the United States and Canada. To enter the Promotion at an on-site event, a Participant will complete an official entry form (available while supplies last) and submit as directed. Participants must provide a valid email address in order to enter the Promotion. Each Participant will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period for the Promotion for a correctly submitted entry form. Participants may be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the Promotion.

Online - During the Promotional Period, Promotion entry will be available at various Sponsor-selected promotional websites. To enter the Promotion online, a Participant will follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Participants must provide a valid email address in order to enter the Promotion. Each Participant will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period for the Promotion for a correctly submitted online entry. Participants may also be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the Promotion. NOTE: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A MESSAGE CONFIRMING YOUR ONLINE ENTRY. Entries made using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified.

Mail-In - To enter without registering on-site or online, hand-print the words "2025 $25K GIVEAWAY", your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, daytime phone number, and email address on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope and mail to: $25K Giveaway, 5868 E 71st Street Suite E-672, Indianapolis, IN 46220, USA. Participants must provide a valid email address in order to enter the Promotion. A Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for a valid mail-in entry received. Limit of one entry per mailing envelope. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail, which will be disqualified. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible.

LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER ENTRY PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY, AND REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF EMAIL ADDRESSES.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Administrator will randomly select the potential Entry Period winner (the "Potential Winner") from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period on or around the drawing dates indicated in the chart in the Timing section above. Each Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, as determined by Administrator, within approximately five (5) days of the drawing dates. Messages may not be left. As a condition of claiming and being eligible to collect a prize, each Potential Winner who is a Canadian resident must correctly answer, within two (2) minutes, without assistance, a mathematical skill testing question. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a Potential Winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, such Potential Winner may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, forfeit his or her prize and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Administrator, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) Potential Winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any Potential Winner (i) is found to be ineligible; (ii) if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules; (iii) fails answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question (Canadian residents only); or (iv) declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. Potential Winner must verify address and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (US residents); or a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (for Canadian residents), or any other legal documents or proof of eligibility that Sponsor and/or Administrator may request or require (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") within five (5) business days (if a US resident) or within ten (10) business days (if a Canadian resident). Failure of any Potential Winner to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate Potential Winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the Potential Winners will be declared the official winner of the Entry Period (the "Prize Winner(s)").

For US residents only, an IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Prize Winner for the actual value of the prize received. Prize Winners must provide his or her Social Security Number in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations. The IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the calendar year in which the prize was delivered and fulfilled.

PRIZES: ONE (1) PRIZE: The prize awarded will be determined based upon the On-Site Event, Promotional Website, or Mail-In reference through which the Prize Winner completed the registration. If the prize awarded has a retail value of less than $25,000US Dollars, the difference will be awarded in the form of a check. Total RV of all Prizes: $25,000.00US Dollars. All federal, state, provincial, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from Prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Limit of one prize per person per Entry Period.

THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR EACH ENTRY PERIOD.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Each Participant may enter only one (1) time during an Entry Period, regardless of method of entry and regardless of the number of email addresses. Participants who do not provide a valid email address will not be entered into the Promotion. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant's entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Promotion in any manner. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor, Administrator, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agencies, FATWIN, LLC, PERQ Marketing, LLC, PERQ Software, LLC and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrators' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Administrator reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a Prize, the Prize Winner or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of his/her name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of Prize Winner's name on the Sponsor's website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Participants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree to release indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or travel, or from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Prize awarded. U.S. Law governs this Promotion. Notice to online participants: Internet access and usage charges applicable to a Participant's account, including local, long distance, 800/888* access charges and/or any usage charges applicable under Participant's Internet pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while a Participant is online in connection with this Promotion, and will be the sole responsibility of such Participant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by any means, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Potential Winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the judging procedure outlined above.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Participants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in a court of law in Hamilton County, Indiana.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
